Pristine Cleans is happy to provide its services to you. Majority of our customers are not home at the time of service. Of course, you may stay home to watch our team members work if you choose to, but please be considerate and allow them to work without interruption or distraction if possible.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Please place your check or cash on the kitchen table or counter before our team arrives. This is our confirmation that you are expecting us. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee. We also accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Yes, we also clean inside of refrigerators, ovens, and windows. Only comes with the deep clean service.
If your regularly scheduled cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to confirm if we are able to do the clean. If not we will make arrangements to clean your home on another day that week.
